Best Western Hotel Moran Prague

My husband and I recently stayed at Best Western Hotel Moran for our first trip to Czechia. The location was amazing, with trams and the subway just around the corner. We loved that there was a small convenience store right down the block, making it easy to grab any last-minute essentials. The hotel staff, particularly Jirí and Thomas, went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The included breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with convenient amenities like USB chargers and a coffee machine. We also appreciated the hotel's understanding of how to set the duvet in a more comfortable and humane way. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

During our recent stay at Best Western Hotel Moran, we were impressed by the cleanliness and excellent breakfast provided. The location was convenient, with easy access to the old town either by walking or taking a short tram ride. We also appreciated the prompt response to our shower issue, as the staff quickly replaced the shower-head.

The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to major tourist destinations. Whether you prefer walking, taking a tram, or a metro, everything is conveniently close. there are plenty of bus stops nearby at Nadrazi Holesovice. There is also a great restaurant just across the road, perfect for a delicious meal after a day of exploring. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom facilities are of a high standard, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of tasty options, both continental and cooked.

The hotel lacks a safe in the room, although there are safety deposit boxes available at reception free of charge.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or queries we had. The breakfast provided was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy for us to explore all the major attractions.

For the price, we got great value! The room wassuper clean and cozy, with soft beds and good WiFi. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the major sights, and the staff treated us so well.

The only thing I wished for was more variety in the breakfast items.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to public transport and within walking distance to many popular sites. It made exploring the city so easy. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and the selection of hot beverages.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The room was a bit small, but it was still adequate for our needs.
